On certain occasions, like today, I get the feeling that people try to get one free meal. Today my delivery guy asked for the first 'messed' up order and customer says oh, I gave it to my neighbour.....mmmm?!?!

- Realization hit me when I had to cater for a party of around 100 folks in the backyard of my cafe. On that day, my chef called in sick. I burnt my hands flipping burgers. That was the Summer of 2008. Six months prior, I signed a lease for the Cafe I called Homage. I have indeed lived my dream of owning my first restaurant.
